Aurora Ibarra, MBA

Aurora Ibarra, MBA, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) joined Omni Family Health in September 2008 as the Director of Human Resources. She was appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer four years later in 2012. Ms. Ibarra is a results-focused leader that brings over 21 years of experience in the field of human resources. As the Chief Human Resources Officer, she guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.

Prior to her work with Omni Family Health, she worked for over five years in the school and private sector in their Human Resources departments and served in the United States Army for three years. Ms. Ibarra obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and her Bachelors in Human Resources/Management from Park University. She holds a certificate from the Managing Human Resources Certificate Program from California State University in Bakersfield and has previously obtained Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. Ms. Ibarra is a member of National SHRM and local Kern Chapter. Among her many other awards are the Army Achievement Medal.
